Whenever I work out, I say this to myself. After all the crap I got for my weight, yeah, working out sucks way less. Working out gets me high, thinner and happy. Being fat gets me nothing but sadness and ridicule (I got mooed at by a group of guys and it sunk deep).

All my thoughts and all my feelings. No holding back. I need somewhere to share these cause lets face it if you keep them inside then things only get worse, and I need things to start looking up.
